You must inform me of any and all injuries as soon as possible either in person, via text or email.
All injuries must be cleared by me. If an athlete brings you a doctors clearance note, that is not good enough, you also need clearance from me.
Any athlete who sees a doctor for an injury is required to provide a doctor’s note prior to returning to any level of activity.
YOU MAY NOT MAKE MEDICAL DECISIONS. It is not your job to decide if an injury is “too minor” to send them to me. I encourage athletes to check in with you before they come to the training room for an injury to let you know where they are. You should not be telling them not to see me for any reason.
You are required to have emergency forms and medical kits with you at all times during practices, travel and games. You are required to be aware of any life threatening allergies or medical conditions.
